I love playing him, he is one of the most fun and great champions out there, people just have no idea what to do with him which is why everyone calls him a dirt champion and whatnot. Really, you just need to take the time to learn the champ in order for it to be good, there is no "bad" champion.
Everyone is saying he's borderline OP. I dunno about that. I think he's fine where he is and shouldn't receive any big nerfs.

That come off kinda wrong. I think he might need a small nerf or so, but I don't think he needs any big ones.

Corki is so powerful that he's scheduled for nerfs at the moment.
He's an pure skill-shot champion, but he has:
1. a solid escape/gap-closer with Valkyrie
2. excellent damage capabilities because of his armor-shielding power with Gatling Gun + "Big Ones" from Missile Barrage
3. and effective harass/burst in lane with Phosphorus Bomb
He's basically a power house of damage-output.
