I don't think you looked at the build really. With all the items she hss over 150 Armor and Magic resist... And the build is pure tank/support/disable I play her as a force multiplier by being able to shut down multiple heroes and pretty much chain stun.

I get the stay in lane part, but your discription and your item builds are off. boots of speed, or ionian boots. This build is pretty risky consider the fact that you have no magic resistence staying in the lane. You have no damage as well. With cooldown items and runes your talking about staying alive with her W. Again risky, what if you ran out of mana? Philosopher's Stone helps a lot with this build but not enough. Your conclusion states that your going to be the one doing CC in a team fight. Armour, armour and more armour. Good against someone like Xin, Yi, or any dps carry. What about Viegar? What if you get stunned and you can't activate you W? Immidiate shut down. Try putting in depth and do something about magic restience instead of just Force of Nature. BTW too many sacrifices are deadly for Leona. Armour for both Glyphs and marks are a total downfall. Please Remodle it. Yes I did take my time reading your guide.
