I agree, there really isn't many builds on here that utilize Teemo's camouflage. The ambush into Exhaust, Blinding Dart, .....combo works insanely well and gets first blood(along with many other kills) almost every game!

P.s. If played properly these items aren't poor at all. Like all builds you have to know what you're doing and where your weak point is!

@ Firefly: See now that's how you approach with constructive criticism lol. I know it's a bit hard to read but I'm not one for writting AT ALL so I just kinda got it all out there and then when I have time I'm going to "make it pretty" if you will.

Flash is most definately a useful spell on character's other than Teemo but I have never run into a situation where I thought "I wish I had flash there" so that explains my theory on flash in the last comment but NOWHERE in there did I say I was pro and he was not. I did insinuate however that he may not be as good if he needs flash on Teemo.

I appreciate the suggestion of Ghost however, as much as I LOVE Ghost for others, I will never condone a Teemo wasting a VALUABLE spell slot on something he already has. I do see the point of nobody catching you though. Amusing.

I like your guide, however Periphetes does make sense. You have HUGE blocks of text that are just a little hard to read. Break it up a bit, not because I told you to, but because you want your guide to be user friendly and accessible.

Also, and I am not saying Flash is the best spell for Teemo (far from it), but I think Flash is too heavily promoted by one side and completely **** on by the other. Flash is a quite useful spell in a LOT of different situations, not just for escaping over a wall. I way more often than not use flash as an offensive spell than a defensive.

Just because someone uses Flash and you do not, does not mean you are pro and they aren't.

That being said, Flash is NOT the best spell for Teemo and Exhaust and Ignite really do work well on Teemo. Suggestion: Add Ghost as a possible choice for summoner spells. Its just too fun to out run ANYONE with Ghost and Move Quick.

HAHAHA Flash? Why the hell do I want flash when with a little bit of planning I can appear from nowhere? I'm good enough to not need flash as a battle escape (clearly your not). The items may be poor in your opinion but at the same point I don't care cause you gave no reasoning or proof that you have any idea what you are talking about. I have a very low loss rate with this Teemo build so nobody can tell me "it's a poor item build" you very clearly arent that competent opponent!
My paragraphs need no more effort! I'm not going to change my stuff because some "Know it all" told me my build sucks. Maybe you should have read the part where I said, I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY UNLESS YOU PROVE YOU MIGHT POSSIBBLY HAVE A POINT.
If you think you NEED flash and it's the best: You're a Noob
If you think Ignite is solely for First Blood: You're a Noob
If you are a Teemo who DOESN'T get exhaust: HUGE Noob.

And assuming you are right Periphetes, what you're saying is 98% of LoL players aren't competent! I may die to a competent opponent, just like EVERYBODY else who dies every once in a while but with the slightest bit of a proper team you will have no problem whatsoever winning. This build isn't so you can be a tank/carry Teemo. This build is for PLAYERS WITH SKILL who want to own with a squishy character! You will be a carry but there is no need to waste money on HP items or anything else Because if YOU'RE competent, not your opponent, then you can kill a competent opponent!

This is the problem with the community, everyone always thinks flash is the best spell ever. Is it a really good on? Yes, but an exhaust from a teemo will most likely get teemo a kill. The items may be poor in your opinion, but It keeps you alive. I will admit the nerf they did to it made it suck, but its better then nothing. And the only reason I'm saying it sucked was because it was my only defence to kill a tryhardsomemore and now he still kills me even while exhausted.

You need to put more effort into paragraphs. Also, your items are poor. You will die instantly to any competent opponent. Where's your flash? etc etc
