I'm pretty sure Sivir doesn't belong in that list.

Dodge is worse than armor at reducing damage.
AD quints are by far the most useful ones because she has an ability that scales with AD, but deals magical damage.
Attack speed glyphs are kinda bad. CDR is also not needed much. I'd prolly pick up MP5/lvl.

I was talking more about the attack speed yellows as well. Armor or MP5/lvl would be better. HP/lvl might be a good option, but I prefer resistances.

Yeah and dodge is more effective if you are getting hit very often, and with how squishy Sivir is you do not want to be that close in a fight right away where you will be getting hit consistently. You need defense against harassment/pokes.

well... I actually find some pretty nice success in running dodge seals with dodge mastery and the nimbleness one. it makes everything smoother. But go with what feels right.

Meh... Its good on a few champs. And sivir, jax, singed, and udyr, happen to be in that few. (atleast my preference for dodge runes)
If you are dead set against them go for atk spd or HP/level yellows.
