1. don't get boots of swiftness, get berserker's greaves instead.
2. rushing a black cleaver is okay, but don't build an infinity edge straight after.
3. Don't get executioner's calling, especially not that late in the game.
4. You need defense.

Usually, you will want infinity edge for the big damage boost before Black Cleaver unless it is a very specific scenario that I cannot think of. And I agree about point 3 above.
Okay, let's do some math.
Dorans into IE+Zerker Greaves = 5225g
5225g/342.35 dps, average of 15.26g/d/s (Lower is better.)
Dorans into Swiftness+Black Cleaver = 4340g
4340g/218.87 dps, average of 19.83g/d/s
Dorans into Zerker+Black Cleaver = 4260g
4260g/247.63 dps, average of 17.2g/d/s
Lets add in 45 armor to that equation shall we?
4 hits, one with 45 armor, one with 30, one with 15, one with 0 armor for TBC.
First of all, it takes 2.81 seconds, you have a base crit chance of 2%, but for this exercise, lets assume your first attack is a critical because of your passive, and then you don't crit with your next three attacks with the TBC. (I'm going to add 75% of a critical strike's damage for the IE tests.)
1st hit does 236 damage, second hit does 132 damage, third hit does 149 damage, and the last hit does 171 damage.
This is a total of 688 damage in 2.81 seconds, 245 dps for 4340g. 17.7gold per damage per second.
For the IE+Zerker build, I will ad .75 of a crit's damage (for example, 100 AD, would be .75 of 150 damage, or 113 damage), the 4 hits will take 3.27 seconds.
First hit does 338 damage, second and third hit do 135 damage, last hit does 287.6.
With a total of 896 damage over 3.27 seconds, 274 dps for 5225g. 19.0gold per damage per second.
The Black Cleaver is better against targets with armor items, but if you can't reliably get off more than 3 auto attacks, or you are just harassing, then IE is superior.
You have to make a decision as to wether or not you can get off more than 3 auto attacks at a time.

Tri lane for life.
Interestingly enough, you could probably break down every AD carry using math like this, to determine which build is best in any situation. Then all you have to do is figure out positioning and you're golden.

I wish i had easy access to Searz' graphing utility, because that just took me about a half hour :o.
Tri lane for life.
I checked the math Ashe v. Ashe TBC v. IE one time (with base armor, not like Searz' graphs) and I found that TBC actually gives marginal amounts of extra damage over a certain number of hits (about 20). This number may be different depending on how many times you hit the enemy (more hits = more damage for TBC because of dem stacks). So, I'm inclined to say that rushing TBC over IE is NOT a horrible idea.
However, getting IE right after TBC with no defense is way too risky. The only way I'd recommend this is either get a Catalyst between the two items, or stack 3 doran's blades early on.

For harassing IE will ofc win, but rushing TBC isn't bad. I've stopped rushing IE tho. I'm always building Zeal before IE nowadays because I don't think IE is worth getting without any other source of crit.
I've been doing the same with Rabadon's Deathcap too.

I'm a strong independent black mage who don't need no mana.

My build:
Dorans Blade-> Boots of speed-> Bf Sword->Boots of swiftness->Black Cleaver-> Infinity Edge-> Executioners Calling->Phantom dancer...
My reasons are pretty simple, Black cleaver is about 900 gold cheaper then IE and it provides decent AD and AS along with armor pen for early ganking. The IE is obvious but the executioners calling replaces bloodthirster because it provides crit chance and lifesteal, both helpful on ad ranged. The phantom dancer for AS and MS and crit chance..
