Yeeeeah....
This is the real JediDwag. I didn't make that OP. It's nice to know that spam bots like to support my channel, but that post is a direct copy paste of my League of Legends forum thread.

I googled myself and found this. I've used this site for builds before, so I figured why not make an account and respond to this. So yeah, made this account to respond, but I'll take a look around. Always looking for good forums. ^^
EDIT: I wouldn't make an unsolicited post on a forum I don't use regularly. Looking around I really like the site. Very well put together. I'll probably check in every now and then. :-)

EDIT:
A lot of people wanted to know what programs and settings I'm using, and how I got the quality I was able to get.
I'm currently using Livestream's Procaster, which you can download for free. I'm using VHScrCap, a free screen capture program.

http://www.splitmedialabs.com/vh-vid...screen-capture
I have VHScrCap set to capture at 60 frames per second, at 1920x1080. In Procaster, I'm using the H264 encoder, and an output resolution of 12804x720. My target framerate is 30, and my target bitrate is 1500 (I think the livestream max is 500, but I have the bandwidth so whatever). I have keyframes set for every 3. I tried setting them more frequently, but it caused all sorts of issues. I may try setting them more frequently again in the future.
The way you fix the flickering is you set it to play in windowed mode, and I use a program called ShiftWindow to get the bar on the top to go away. http://grismar.net/shiftwindow/
So yeah! You have to have a decent computer and connection to pull it off, but it's been working for me nicely. I'm sharing my secrets, so you guys need to patronize my stream so we're even. ^^
UPDATE:
Updated to reflect the settings I currently use, and added link to youtube page.
