Your job as Poppy is to f--k up the enemy carry. It's pretty easy for a Poppy to tower dive a 3v1, kill someone with low health, and then escape, because most people don't understand that her ult blocks all their cc too if they're not the one targeted, so they waste it.

Your runes are... CDR is relatively useless on an AD Poppy, yet you sacrifice much more valuable stats like MR and armor. Really. Honestly, I'm sorry to sort of, like, haunt your builds, bu come on.

But.... WTF 195 DAMAGE????? ARE YOU INSANE?? Dear sir, you are out of your mind. You are seriously gimping Poppy! Poppy should be able to two hit a Kogmaw!!!! You have SO LITTLE DAMAGE WITH THIS!!! SHE DOESN'T NEED HEALTH ITEMS! HAVE YOU SEEN HER PASSIVE?? You sacrifice SOOOOO MUCH DAMAGE POTENTIAL, with only 45 crit chance, and 195 ad, and no Arpen outside of runes, this.... this is just awful. I'm sorry man, I hate to rag constantly on people, but dude. You drag these two carries through the dirt. There are so many things wrong here, it isn't even funny.
