Thank you, I find it works very well for me. Even if you overextend if you can kite well enough you should be able to get away with your flash and lightning rush, and if you're good enough, get a stun off whilst running away. You can also use your ult to save yourself.

I tried to go into as much detail as I can, the rest is stuff you have to work out yourself by playing him over time.

This is a very interesting way to play Kennen. I do play him a lot and I think this would work very well as long as the person playing him played smart and didn't overextend themselves. I do give +1 even though I wish there was a bit more detail, but there isn't much else that you can go into detail about =]
