You're item build is mostly AD, but you're rune build includes AP?
I over looked your comment and I decided change some runes. I was working on reason of runes and I got enough finished to answer your question so please review and rerate if needed... Mmmmmm Cheeseburger.
Hmmmm pretty good but I wouldn't sell boots tho, if your going ad.
Imo selling the boots is defiantly worth the loss movement speed (small) because with Move Quick will offer more movement speed than most champs and if you want IF to be any good you need more crit Phantom will also offer enough attack speed to get you topped off.
