The sword of the occult is terrible as you shouldn't be getting most of the kills as the carrys should get most and your essentially an off-tank so you should survive enough to make the sword good
You gain stacks from assists, and i usually gain 15-20 stacks per game.
wtf? are you trolling with this? seriously. your item build is WAYYY off. second, the only +1s you got are from people who JUST joined mobafire, and lastly, it looks like you looked at other guides and ripped off them. sorry, but your gonna have to fix a lot up. also, your info is way too blocky. add some images and make it more detailed as to things you can do with Kong and then republish. i'd be more than happy to help if you need it too.

Thanks for the comment, but yeah i can honestly say this is my own build, i have not looked at any other guides, it works for me so i thought i would post it up here to help people, i am not being competative, this is my first ever build.
I'll post some screenies of my scores for people to see, my last game went 11/3/18
