Singed Guide
Singed - Run For It! [Tank]

The build I like, and it has a nice feeling of reading to it.
I would, however, expand upon the summoner spells, and in what it's like to lane as a Singed, and how to play him properly, instead of being kited around hoping you can fling the enemy you are chasing and having your poison on all the time like a noob. Also, you aren't just a tank. You can deal some heavy constant damage with some AP. Hourglass, maybe?

I will add more content to the build gradually and explain the playstyle. I feel that the AP i have in the build is enough since im not going for the kills allthough you will most likely get kills the assists is more often higher then the kills.
