There are plenty already just look in the guides section .

Be aware morganna does require a little more than avg skill level to dominate with !

Rush Take Flash. Flash into team active zhonya gg. Take 3 points into the reason being you only need it to be level 3 to kill entire mage creep wave, then max out either or depending on the enemy team comp. Full of magic damage then obvious choice is ect.. Practice skill shots and you will do fine with morgana.
