I fully agree with you. This was my first build i've ever made, and so far i only got that full flat ap runes on my own. Ofc magic penetration would work alot better along with MF's "W" ability :)

Okay, this build was fun, but lets change some runes around.
I played with 9xGreater Mark of Insight for the magic penetration
I also used 9xGreater Seal of Clarity for the mana regen
Had 9xGreater Glyph of Potency for the ability power.
And 3xGreater Quintessence of Insight for more magic penetration

Change the runes around and it makes so much of a difference.

I agree what your saying, ofc AD Mf is probely better but i think its fun trying out something different, i normally get posetive scores when i go this build

I like this. But if you think magic pen runes would be better, change your runes. This is a great resource for decisions about runes. Also, 1.34% crit chance means that in 100 attacks, you're critting once more, while with 15% magic pen, you can make it so someone with 100 MR only has 85 against your spells for the same amount of mastery points. Also, with perseverance maxed out, you're gaining 0.64 hp per 5 and .88 mp per 5. Basically, it gives you 2 mana in 10 seconds and 2 hp in 30-40 seconds. Compared to 6 seconds off of your death timer late game, it's trash. Also, Expanded mind gives you 44 mana, while you could also get 8% additional xp from whatever that other mastery is called.

Pretty much I'm making a big deal over little things, but fixing them will get your a long way towards making a great guide. This one shows promise.

Intresting build, I could see it working but I really do have to try it out in work to post any really feedback. I somewhat feel that this build will be strong early-mid game but late game AD Mf will be stronger because of more consistent crit damage etc.. not sure gotta test it as I said.
Also I know why you aren't lvling up your Q, probably because it only scales with AD and your first items are AS/AP, but my thought is that Q is just as useful as E for a hybrid MF because of the great harrassing power in mid. Unless this is a build for laning then my bad.
