Hello, welcome to my second build where im going to make an perfect

HYBRID

Miss Fortune

For the runes i simply just picked full ap.

You can also choose to buy some magic pen.

(That would probely be better than the AP)

For the masteries i picked a 9/0/21 so the masteries would give some mana regen, and also a little AP so in early game you get lots of AP and you will be able to beat your enemy easily

The items are very simply hybrid items, a little like jax would by 'em.

The Nashor tooth and Guinsoo's Rageblade will make it easy for you to stack up your
And do tons of dmg!

Lich Bane: Lich bane will do great dmg, when you activate your "Impure Shots" Slow them down with "Make It Rain" or just shoot then a "Double Up" Ofc double up wont be able to do any dmg at all because: You get it late game, you havent stacked AD.

Guinsoos Rageblade: Guinsoo's rageblade works great for this build - AP - AS. Nothing more to say if you need an AP Miss fortune this is one of the most important items

Malady: Ofc your going to need a Malady if the enemy has a tank (

Even if they dont have a tank buy it anyway)

This item gives you attack speed and reduce your enemy magic resist everytime you shoot at them (Stack up to 4 times) you can also buy a Abyssal Scepter also works really great!

Hextech Gunblade : With this item you actually can stay in a team fight longer, if the enemy is attacking you just try to use your ultimate so it hit every single enemy, in that way your hp stay high for a long time, even your basic attacks will grant you hp because of the "Impure Shots"

Someone would probely want a Deathcap in their Hybrid MF if you want the Deathcap just throw your "Malady" out, it's not so important if you want to stack tons of AP

My Choice

Sorcerer's Shoes Magic penetration - Probely the best for a Hybrid

Berserker's Greaves: Also pretty good make you able to stack your "Impure Shots" faster.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity: Really great because of the cd reduction cuz everyone know when ur mage your basic attacks wont do alot dmg

(Well this is actually a hybrid build but i still think theese boots are fine)

Boots of Swiftness: Make you able to catch up on your enemy :)

I dont reccomend other than theese 4 boots cuz they are probely the best ones

My Choice

Ghost Flash

I see this as a pretty good choice - You mana regen from the masteries and some of your first items will give you good enough mana regen to not take Clarity

Ignite: Ignite is fine with me just a little boring when the goal is to do tons of dmg with spells and basic attacks

Fortify: Get lost, its the tanks job if someone is going to take fortify

My Choiche

: I have choosen theese because they are great to Flee/Hunt, Because i hate when they slip away with a little hp and if i use ignite they wont die because of a little healing pot in their bag, so thats why ghost'n'flash is so great, the ghost is most like something you actally can turret dive with, if you get low hp and see an enemy champion you can use your second spell "Flash" to get away with, the chance to get away is pretty good if your enemy dont have any CC like fiddle's "FEAR" or stun from any other champion, and if you se your ghost mastery wich give you: +6% movement speed and the duration is 1,5 seconds lopnger you can turret dive and get out of there again.

In the late game you will be pretty strong against any oppenent ofc someone like yi is still a little though if he have bought some HP items, but if he havent he'll be an easy target for you, if the enemy tank have a thronmail it wont do much dmg to you :)
