I haven't played dota, but two of the biggest teams with helpful websites are Counter-Logic Gaming and Team SoloMid.
The CLG site features all (I think) of LoL's high elo streams, and TSM has a bunch of champion guides and videos on it.

I'm looking for replays of professional teams. Like ks.int, etc. As well as a site that's for recruiting. What are some specific sites with replay archives?
The weak lose their freedom to the strong. Such is the way of the strong. And it is the providence of nature that only the strong survive. That's why I needed strength.
I think there are a bunch of old tournament replays uploaded on Own3d, but you'll have to look around the site for yourself. If you'd like to watch the season one championships (which were played fairly recently with prize money of $100,000), all of those games are available here under match highlights. Not sure I can help you with recruiting though.

Most pros don't release replays but, rather, they release FPVODs
Your best bet would be just watching the videos in their own3d archives.

Thanks for the site link Luther. I rep'd you for it. If anyone has a site where people look for competitive teams that would be extremely helpful.
