Not the best build but a unique one. If you are going to get Rod of Ages, why wouldn't you get it before a Rylai? You want more health, mana, and AP if you do get it, so getting it first is more beneficial. Where is the mana regeneration also? Clarity and a Doran's Ring really doesn't get you much late game since you'll be spamming spells when at full mana, but just auto-attacking when you run out of mana. Having to go back bc of that isn't the best option either. Having a Morello's Evil Tome or Archangel's Staff could be a possibility since you get MET- cooldown reduction, AP, mana regen AS- Mana, AP, mana regen
