Decent build I suppose. But thing is, to stay in range for any other ability than Ur ult, you will be in danger of that sneaky assassin coming to rape you. You should probably actually consider some survivability. I would take flash instead of ghost, but you give very good reasons for why you take ghost. I think that this build has lots of potential, but you need to add More situational items. Stacking archangels will not work all the time.

Can you give a example of times archangels wouldn't work? I personally can't think of any.
Most of the time you won't get focused by the assassin, and the only ones you can't see coming are stealth. Fortunately stealths are squishy and generally a pretty easy kill if you pick up an oracles.
When i am playing ap carry with support i get never attacked by assasin coz they focus carrys ad and some insta dmg nukers!
