This build seems to be nice :). Though imo the new pantheon sucks, i think the old pantheon was much better. But the idea with Sunfire cape for survival was nice, frozen mallet often takes me more time to farm up. +1

sorry i dont like your guide. cannot understand the masteries. you should go for 21 9 0 or 21 0 9 in my opinion, 26 1 3 has useless points in the attack tree. and the attack speed from your phantom and yourunes arent good for panth, hes a caster and not an auto attacker. and in my opionion, armor pen runes are better then ad runes, it scales better and it still helps untill midgame or even lategame to do more dmg.i dont think its good to buy vampiric scepter that early, its better to get ad asap with pantheon.

If you want some different item ideas, then sure. Scrap black cleaver and Phantom Dancer, they need you to spend your whole time auto attacking to work, something that isn't Pantheon's job, especially in teamfights. Picking up an early brutalizer helps a lot in lane. Also, Yoummuu's Ghostblade is another item that should be bought. Infinity edge is fine, but I personally don't like it very much. Also, instead of a sunfire cape for more tankyness, an item such as banshee's veil, hexdrinker, randuins omen, force of nature or guardians angel would be better, because Magic Resist and Armour end up having more effective health than buying just health.

For masteries, going 26/1/3 is just pointless. You stated yourself that the 1 in defense is kinda pointless. Also, why get 2 in archmage's savvy? Panth doesn't need ability power? Why get a point in Archaic mastery? Panth doesn't need magic penetration. A mastery build of 21/9/0 or 21/0/9 works much better.

As for runes, the marks and quintessences are good. But the AD seals are not needed, and getting flat armour seals or scaling mana regen seals would work very well, either giving some early game tankyness, or some much needed late game mana regen. Also, for glyphs, attack speed is pointless since pantheon shouldn't be just sitting there auto attacking anyways, he should be using his spells to do damage. I would suggest either flat magic resist or scaling magic resist glyphs.

Anyhow, I hope this all clears up why I disliked your guide. If you at least edited in some of these options, (for AD caster panth) your guide would be much better, and I would definitely change my downvote to an upvote.

all im trying to get to is that next time you see a build that you dont like because of some little things like ruens,ONE item and masteries when there is sooo much more to the build is not right so next time you come across a build do not down vote leave a comment with some constructive critisism if you had gave me some items to replace phantom dancer and gave me some optional ruens or masteries i would take your sugestions in consideration and most likely add them into the build as i have done before and will do in the future.this is all im saying as it is below me to argue with an inept child.

your downvote was uncalled for if i have the build of 6 rabadons i could see down votes but if you dont like ONE thing about the build y down vote just leave a comment saying things you would like to be changed and i will take notice idk y you have to pretty much say that the whole build is bad when you dont like a very small portion of it dosent make scence to me i only downvote when the person dosent know wht there doing like some builds like a build with 6 ad items for an ap champ with 30 glyphs rally and fortify and 30 ultilily masteries with a skill sequence of having q for every lvl then haveing one chapter with aaaaa spammed for 2 pages tht is a build tht i have downvoted if i dont perfer said build i just leave it be or give some CONSTRUCITVE CRITISIM no just downvote off the bat cuz i see 1 thing i dont like dude u really need to think before u act.

Ffs you don't have to get so pissy because one person doesn't like your build, honestly. Other people obviously do, but I don't. I personally think that going 26-1-3 in masteries is a waste and just stupid, but it obviously works for you. I don't like your runes because I think attack speed is useless on pantheon, and I prefer armour seals over AD seals. But whatever works for you. You're threatening me with a report because I downvoted your build, that's honestly just sad.
Edit: Also, I don't see how me downvoting your build because I didn't like parts of it would be constituted as a mistake, but whatever floats your boat. Also, if you want anyone to take your arguments seriously, please make sure you actually spell properly and use punctuation.

im sure there u are just saying this cuz u know that your wrong because u just down voted the build bucause if you didnt like that other stuff you would have said soo to so you are a troll stop trying to hide your mistaske. aslo you have been reported for trolling for you up vote my build i will have no reason to go through with the report as when you down voted you didnt have a valid reason you can be counted as tolling by downvoteing because of one item that can be switched out if you read the build.Also you havent made any builds so you must not know how much effort it takes to make a build so thats why when i come across a build that i dont perfer i dont down vote because ik how hard it is to make a build i just will write a comment suggesting some changes and leave my comments to my self because need not to hurt some ones feelings when they have spent time from there lives so trools can down vote it it takes 3-4 hours on avg to make a good length build.
