Skarner Guide
Skarner the Laning Champion (AS)
You know he gains only 1.44% attack speed per lv... That's like the lowest ASPL in a champion... Despite that building an AS Skarner is just.. Idk
well Skarner's passive reduces his cooldowns for every hit and the items combind with his attack speed bonus from his shield allow him to have a very fast rate of attack meaning his skills can be spammed.
But its interesting to know he has the lowest ASPL thanks for the information
