Hi guys.
As the title suggest I've had troubles with running Brink properly. I lag like **** even with low graphic settings. I use Windows 7 64 bit. I bought the game on sale and actually looked forward to try it, despite the rather bad ratings.
Can You Run It passed Brink on my pc, but somehow the game won't run properly.
If any of you have played the game with similar problems, do you have a solution to solve it?

Specifications :
Toshiba Satelite L655 laptop
Intel(R)Core(TM)i3 M370 @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
4 GB ram
ATI HD Radeon 5470

Any idea how to make it run properly?

Your graphics card isn't amazing, neither is your CPU. You should be able to run it with a little lag, though. Not sure what's up with it.

I know it isn't that good, but the minimun requirements for graphic card is way below what I have, isn't it?

And it lags so much that I can't play, it's not just a little. It almost doesn't run xD

Check if something's eating up your memory. If you have any antivirus that came with the laptop, it's probably that. :P

There were no anti-virus along with the computer ^^

And I don't think anything is eating up the memory, but I might have to look more into that.

Also there's some simple stuff that you can google to speed up your ****.

Windows likes to start some programs very unnecessarily, there's guides on how to stop that **** from starting up randomly.

Task manager is your friend. I found out that the sound management software on my laptop was using up a permanent 25% of my CPU, causing my laptop's fan to be turned on at all times and slowing down everything.

Now I just end the process right away when I turn it on. Fortunately it's not essential to the sound working, all it does is manage the switch between headphones and speakers, and I always use headphones anyway.

Higher number = higher amount of effort computer is taking to run it.
