Troubles with running Brink

Defragging is definetely a good idea, as is cleaning the registry. I doubt it will change the game from an unplayable state though. Usually things like that will only give like 5 FPS tops.[/quote]

[/quote] Could be some kind of incompatability between your graphics card and the game. For example, I can't play Homeworld 2 on this laptop because the framerate drops to a crawl when I zoom in. Generally that only happens with older games though, it'd be odd for it to happen with such a new game. You should try posting on the Brink forums (assuming they have forums).[/quote]
