I'll be Fux.
Passive: Dreadination? - Enemies hit by Fux' spells recieve a -50% mag res debuff until one spell hits them or 6 seconds.
Q: Lightify - Linear spell that fears and damages the first two enemies it hits. Fear duration and damage is reduced by half on the second target.
W: Drain Barrier - Shields teammates in a line for X amount. 3 seconds later, the shield dissipates and the amount left on them is given to Fux as hp.
E: Dark Singularity - Shoots a detonatable orb that slows enemies inside. On detonation, they are dealt damage and are silenced for a short time.
R: Funkystorm - Fux shoots a storm of incredibly funky crows that damage everyone in a line for 3,000 range. This line of crows dissipates after 5 seconds.

Just recently , Altarios has become bored of the world of pokemon , so it created traveled to an alternate dimension. It met Atarios , a warrior like no other. It requested to fuse with Atarios, and Atarios accepted.
They fused , and had power with no limit.

Extreme Silence (Passive)- Jew triggers a silencing blow every 8 hits taken , silencing enemies infront of him for 0.5/0.8/1 second. Silence duration extends at levels 7 and 14.
Cloud Jump (Q) - Altarios creates a shield of clouds around him. After 3 seconds the clouds burst all around him. Altarios can use this skill again to teleport to a target cloud.
AND I CANT BE BOTHERED FINISHING THE REST.

lol, this topic appeared at the right time. Some days ago I and my friends were trolling our friend saying things and this idea came up:
The God
Passive - Your team starts lvl 18 and with 9999999 gold
Q - The super lazer that deals true damage. 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000 (+5000% AP)(+5000% AD)
W - Your team is invincible for 3 minutes
E - All enemy towers lose 50% of their current HP and your next wave of minions will be 700 times stronger
R - Pentakills
