arch angels is bad on the majority of AP carries, and brand is no exception to that rule

Thanks for the suggestion however I don't USUALLY like the Archangel Staff. It's just something that I don't get usually. However you are correct that it is probably good on any caster I just don't get it.

I noticed you're missing a LOT of mana in your build, leaving you useless without a blue buff.
can provide you with nearly 2k mana, along with 300+ Ability Power after you get your and your mana charges fully up. It's an amazing item on any caster.
However, it is suggested you pick up your early if you want to capitalize on your investment; it cripples you in terms of damage, but doesn't really suffer much from it. Try it out.

For runes, you're using B rank glyphs. Those are bad. You only get around ~~4 Magic Penetration with those. Why not invest in Ability Power or Cooldown Reduction glyphs? Those are much better investments, and you capitalize on their bonuses the entire game. If someone buys a Null-Magic Mantle, or levels up, the usefulness of the MPen glyph is completely wiped out.
