Ummm Shaco is not better in jungle? and WW tanky? LMAO!
Shaco only works in the jungle. Period. He has huge mana costs and can be kited easily. Long CD's too. On the other hand, his jungle provides really good ganks and jungle control, while also having the ability to counterjungle well.
WW squishy only works in pubstomp low elo / normals. Good WW's will go tanky, simply because he's an offtank. Not a squishy melee like Master Yi, who is already hard to put in a good team.
