One of the best DPS Xin builds:
Start with Boots and 3 HP Potions.
Next get B.F Sword/Berserker's Greaves.
Black Cleaver.
Phantom Dancer.
Infinity Edge
Your damage output is too much. Now you can get a Banshee's Veil/Atmog's/Guardian Angel/Bloodthirster if ppl aren't killing you that easy/Frozen Mallet if you want to be a little more tanky and have trouble keeping people in range.
