Brand vs Annie

His potential for damage is just mind numbing with a well placed ultimate. His stuns are inconsistent but his champion was made to do more damage as a result so if you can use him effectively in the face of that, you're likely going to have slightly improved results with him. I love watching people say one is better than the other... :3 You can't really say that. Personal experience is sort of irrelevant, our opinions are only relevant to lower levels of play where the same strategies and techniques may or may not apply the way they do in top tiers of play.[/quote]
