B) Your early game damage is **** with this... the late Rabadon's... the merc treads... and a doran's shield??? WTF. The Doran's shield is outclassed by a single point in your E... Dude. Sorcerer's Shoe's are freaking tantamount to your early game damage. The only time your damage is going to be anywhere near optimal is mid game....
Wtf MERC TREADS??? Dude. 35% cc reduction isn't enough to save you if you're caught by it... btw half of being a good annie is avoiding cc altogether.
This is wrong... very wrong. 0-9-21? Christ in heaven... I'm sorry but this is like dragging Annie through the dirt. Glyphs of insight are terrible. And plus the video at start? That was an example of a good Annie build. Pay more attention to that. It's not mine, but hey.
To put a cap on this. This is an example of how NOT to build Annie.
