I already got alot of that but i was thinking about going further, MORE IN-DEEEEPTH:D.
I wanted to add important stuff what's missing but the comments only talked about the build xd.
But i always felt like there was something missing, something what could come in really handy yet i dont see it in other builds. And i would also like the opinion of people on the sections i have now, is it enough ? Is it well written ? or is it sloppy? So many things to think about when writing a guide xd.

Well not that I'm a pro at writing guide's there are just a few you might want to tweak/change:
-More consistent use of language/tone.
Sometimes your use of language is very professional, I really liked your intro, and in other parts you just get really sloppy. Say in you skill descriptions you use the phrase ******** 2 times, in your mastery description the phrase "the lil impatient bad boys", not that there is anything wrong with that but it's just a contrast with your very nice intro and some other parts of your guide aswell.
Try keeping a consistent tone in you guide; if you want to have your guide full of slang and humor that's fine but you got to do it consistently. At the moment your guide is half professional tone half wacky humor tone.
-Better grammar
Some sentences have minor mistakes, some others need to be reworked badly.
For the late game advantage ,not alot of armour pen. items out there but not giving up any survivability from early game jungling or AS for jungling speed.
I don't know what you mean with this.

Also be more consistent with grammar you got almost perfect grammar/style in your intro and some other parts are just full of slang. Just read over your guide a couple of times you'll find a lot of mistakes; small and big ones.
-Correct/more in depth information
I'm not a Skarner pro but recommending health/lvl yellows is a way to make jungling very hard for yourself. Armpen quints is a must afaik since your jungle is very slow without them afaik. Mr/lvl blue's are a must if you don't take AS blue's since AP champs have been popular since beta and you need MR to survive. And why take revolver instead of rushing trinity? You already have sustain because of wrigle's!
Again I'm not a Skarner pro, I come to your guide so you can teach me how I should play Skarner. You should profide me with the depth needed to teach me this. I can't give you any more advice on how to add more depth because I don't play Skarner myself, it's up to you to add depth because you have more experience with him: use it.

This is important since Skarner is a new champion, no one knows how to play him yet, so if you want to convince people your guide is the best way to play him you better provide some proof.

I have just read your post again a second ago and it said Health/lvl yellows but i do not recommend this in my guide. My guide recommends Flat Armour or Flat Health , is this a small mistake?Anyways i shall remove the unnecessary runes/items and hope that my guide can improve even more. I took hextech before trinity because my readers liked this , i always try to soothe my reader's taste. Anyways thank you for reading my guide and if you publish a guide in the future please feel free to contact me thus i can review your guide.

Yeah the heal/lvl thing was a mistake, I say you need armor on a jungler though because almost every other jungler drops very low without armor/dodge yellows, so unless skarner is different I suggest you change that.

Okay maphis i removed the hextech revolver cuz i didnt feel well with it either , i just added it cuz readers wanted it. And i also fixed some grammar mistakes and tweaked the optional build items etc a bit. I think i can be proud of my guide now:3.
