I can kinda see how this would work but the problem lies with if someone gets armor. What are you going to do then, With no Desolation runes and no armor reduction items your damage will be substantually reduced. Fair enough 2 tiamats will spread your damage 70% to a nearby target and you will be able to creep kill with ease and if they are grouped. I just dont feel that this build has enough damage/speed and penetration to really be 100% viable.

i think somewhere between the two builds you have provided is a 1/2 decent twitch though so am not going to vote.

And its not all about his ult. I actually rarely use it in ganks because it misses alot. The goal of playing twitch is lane control and quick ganks. Quick ganks need quick attacks. Attack speed.

Also to carry kill you need to kill them before they can come over and attack you. Attack speed.

Early with twitch he has so much natural damage (68 with a dorans blade) that you can get attack speed with twitch. And also, I never get a bad score as twitch. mabye 1 out of 7?
