At first glance I was like: Talon is pretty OP in the right hands regardless of the passive but the more I thought on it the more I realized. Riot really should get champion passives in check. If they're all balanced, unique or not, then the base for that champion can be built in a very fair and balanced way that will make playing more about skill rather than playing the 'best' champions all the time.
Talon pisses me off. I hate him with a burning, fiery passion that dwells deep within my soul.
He may not be OP, but he sure is annoying as ****.

Jarvan was just the first champ I could think of XD
