Boots of Swiftness will make your ganking way easier. You'll also be able to move through the jungle faster, and getting to any lane faster than with Mercury Threads and Ninja Tabis.

Of course you can switch it for any of these if you like it better.
Boots of Swiftness also helps you chasing people really good.
But as said, it's all personal opinion.

I edited the masteries to 1-21-8. Of course the +exp% is great, I totally forgot about it. Thanks :3

Why Boots of Swiftness? I feel both merc threads and ninja tabi (depending on situation) offer way more than those boots.
Would also always suggest 0/21/9 (or even a 1/16/14) over 9 in offense, mainly due to the need for the +exp gain mastery in utility and the buff duration both making your jungling so much easier.
