Shaco isn't useless, just massively bugged.
-His boxes reveal themselves while attacking
-His clone doesn't reproduce enemy debuffs.
-Deceive leaves its orange smoke buff in the fog-of-war, revealing his presence
Each bugfix is equivalent to a buff.
i.e.: Clones inventories now show items - His survivability went up.
Once his bugs are fixed, people will be able to play him more effectively and we'll be able to tell if he's good or not.
Right now, he's got a lot of bugs that make it very easy for targets to slip through his grasp.
Do your homework before spouting nonsense about whose useless.
