I'm going to hold off on voting as I also run a jungle Nasus. Yours seems to be aiming far more tank and, because you're in the jungle and not farming Q, your damage will fall off late game. Even with Tri force.
Few things though. Good Hands is always better than perserverence. Every. Single. Time.

sure nasus "can" jungle, but why on earth would you want to?

Overall this guide looks good. I've heard good things about Nasus jungle, I should give it a try.
I would add more information about how easily Nasus is counterjungled however, that is something I would like to know more about. Apart from that I would start with the pros and cons before explaining how to play and how to jungle and I would use icons for items, champions etc.
It is very simple, [ [ Nasus ] ] (delete the spaces in between) will result in this: Nasus.
Alternatively, use [ icon = Nasus size = 30] to get (use this if you want to alter the size).

Seems like it would be capable of doing well. I have yet to see a decent jungle Nasus though...
