I saw a red post somewhere that we will be on another 3 week patch cycle after Riven so it's gonna be at least that long before it could be released. (unless they do some special patch for it, but I'm sure we'll get an advanced announcement)

I've not seen any post saying it wasn't coming out until now. They said "after pax" so I assumed they meant that the patch after PAX would have it.

I was looking forward to playing dominion this patch, but I guess I'll just have to wait :( I'll be getting Riven though because her mechanics look awesome and she looks like a really fun champion to play.
