His E boosts AD and AD only. Crit items are great for him. AP is useless and AD is meh.

- 2 PD? Why not get 1 PD and 1 Ghostblade instead. Stacking items is not very usefull. Ghostblade > PD normally.

Berserker's Greaves, because Dr. Mundo needs more attack speed^^.- IE(without IE your crit is not really good...)!

You get more stats out of 2 PDs. Youmou's only has the ArPen and the Active over a PD.
EDIT: You get more different stats out of Youmou's, but more of less different stats from a PD.
I know what you're saying, and you're probably right. But personally, I'd go for 2x PD, which could then possibly allow me to drop the boots for a frozen mallet.

SV is nice, don't get me wrong, but it's an item that is just a bit meh... I'd rather get Banshee's Veil over SV on Mundo for more MRes :/

If the other team doesn't have much CC, or has mostly "soft" CC, I'd go for boots of 3 over Merc Treads. Speed Kills!

I'd rather build a PD and Frozen Mallet that Zeal + Phage > TF. More useful stats, and I'm not entirely convinced that Mundo benefits all that much from Sheen procs. To the Test Zone!
EDIT: Also, your build only has around 60% Crit. The one I suggested had 100% crit with IE - which is one of the reasons I considered double PDs.

AP Mundo? LuLWhut? He has one skill that scales with it, at a 0.2 ratio.
MPen Mundo is better imo, make sure dem cleavers always take a quarter of their health off huehuehue
Shred mundo works well, but is really expensive and kinda flimsy - Black Cleaver, Madreds Bloodrazor, Malady and Wit's End are all awesome on him, give him Merc Treads/Boots of 3 and a Warmoggs and you're pretty much set to go...
Crit Mundo is flimsy but lulzy, especially once you get IE and maxed out E
Wacky hybrid build of Boots, Gunblade, Atma's, Warmoggs, PD might work well.
Aaaaaaand the good old favourite of Boots, Atma's, and 4 Warmoggs is always good for a laugh
