How viable is junglestar?

He has no sustain, taking down buffs(which he so desperately needs) is painful, and his mana costs are pretty outdated, meaning he pretty much has only one, slow, dangerous, unsustained route.[/quote] Rammus is about normal in speed. He's normal early on, then gets REALLY slow in mid/lategame.[/quote]
