He's not terribly fast early, nothing like legitimately fast junglers, and then he falls off later to boot.
Although I'm curious to see how he fares with his new changes???
They buffed his ball stance damage scaling and that may improve his jungle mid game?

I know. When you compare them together, Rammus' original clear time is one of the best in the game. Unfortunately he falls off sharply the longer the game goes on.
And his attack damage? I'll just have to give it a go in a bots game one of these days.

You ****ting me? This goes against everything I've been told about jungle rammus...
He's one of the slowest, if not THE slowest jungler in the game. He has no sustain, taking down buffs(which he so desperately needs) is painful, and his mana costs are pretty outdated, meaning he pretty much has only one, slow, dangerous, unsustained route.
Rammus is about normal in speed. He's normal early on, then gets REALLY slow in mid/lategame.
