Edit: on looking at your guides, I can see exactly why you would vote without trying. You should find something else to do that is not wasting of both your time and that of others. Try getting a job maybe? or a life?

I completely agree with you on cass being one of the most underrated champs in the game, btw :)
Anyways, I use a similar build, slighlty different order. I like to finish my boots first, and the reason I can do that is I use mana glyphs where you're using cd reduction, and swap the Will of the Ancients for a Morello's Evil Tome. Gives you more cd reduction, and an ap boost, plus extra mana regen. I find these help me more than that spell vamp. Just something to think about though.

Although the mana regen runes help alot early game, I find that the cdr runes are much better late game.
1: WotA is pretty much my favorite item in the game (I'm addicted)
2: It just gives you alot more staying power all game, and lets you heal up quick after/ during a fight.
3: The extra 20% cdr from evil tome is nice, but it doesn't at all affect
