Why would you say it's nice and still down-vote it? Your horrible.
Ap quins and mag pen marks, the rest mana reg.
Spells, flash +: if u take clarity early game u can own them perfectly (mana all the time for u and your lane mate), but late game is useless
if u take cv u will help your team, and yourself, and u can snipe better :P
normaly i choose clarity because the game finishes quicker :P

Try to add some pictures in though.
you do realise that with morellos and CDR runes u will get your ulti to 26 seconds..... then get blue if u really want those extra two, thus meaning u can get sorc shoes which..... are better as then you do more damage with your ulti as they will have less resist.
i know u said she doesnt need mpen, but with marks and quints, with void staff and sorc shoes, ull kill a squishy in two moves (with decent AP)
other than that one point about the boots, good guide, quite similar to what i run :]
Aye, tis true about the boots part, i'll test it out before officially introducing it into my build, i assume it won't make much of a difference since you get morellos instantly after boots.
