When looking at several of the build guides, I have noticed the offensive mastery tree point calculation to be off by 1. There are clearly marked 9 points within the skill tree, and the calculation total is only showing 8. Can you please fix this?

I'm pretty sure this is a known bug. As far as I know, it also does nothing to effect the guide either.
