Great guide! very detailed jungle path. for situational items I would include a last whisper when you see teams building tons of armor if, for example when your team is mostly AD. just an idea.

Xin Zhao without life-steal? No ****ing way... When you sell Wriggle's Lantern the only item worth replacing it with is Bloodthirster. Taking Infinity Edge or Black Cleaver instead might seem like good ideas, but no, not having any life-steal on Xin is a complete waste(great survivability decrease).
