You'll be very tanky and be able to do whatever you need to do damage wise.
Runes, I'd go with what Searz says, personally I'd take the armor yellows if I'm gonna use MErc treads and either the ArP quints or the move speed ones. The HP ones will help early game.
Also, I would run Teleport flash.

Flat MR glyphs are usually better than scaling in the lane though.
I'm also a bit unsure about the masteries. I'd only get dodge if I ran 21defense. With 21 utility I'd get HP-reg(strength of spirit) over dodge.

Well, I think this is because
Nasus is so easily kited. The dodge-speed-proc is usefull for that.
And
Strength of Spirit
is great, but idk if it is better then
Nimbleness
.
