Yeah to start out pick a ranged carry in your games and do a bots or two to work on safely last hitting without taking too much harass from a player :P

One more thing, I notice from your avatar and your profile that you play Annie, if you want to learn to last hit Annie is one of the best champions to do it on because she's a strong laner and her Q will refund mana if you last hit using it.
