nice build but I don't think frozen heart is a really good item for renek. Since he doesnt use mana. It costs a lot compared to thornmail. I think you can better get a thornmail instead, it's cheaper. And if you want cdr you can get boots of lucidity or youmuu's
Ye, but Frozen Heart has its passive, which is why I would buy it for. If the enemy team has a lot of attack-speed champs, well, that 20% less attack-speed can be useful, not only for you but for your mates as well.

If you're not capped, then Frozen Heart > all armor items.
If you're capped for CDR, then Randuin's Omen > all armor items.
