hello,
i'm also an urgot player, and although he's very good i can't find the golden build for dominion.
i've tried yours, and it's very good, but i'd like some explenation on stuff.
the stuff i always get are:
CD boots, aegis shield, frozen heart, frozen mallet, atma's impaler, hextech/nature's force.
this way i have 3k health, 230+armor, 200+ damage, alot of CD and either spell vamp or magic resist & regen later on.
but i also have way too much slow, hardly armor pen and damage could be better.
so:
1) is the manamune necassary? i hardly ever run low on mana in dominion, and boots + ruby's + cloth armor (to make aegis from) give good mobility & survivability early on.
2) brutalizer so early is useful to push but urgot doesn't solo push that good, so why this over health/armor? and later in game it's better to have atma's or last whisper i think.
3) why entropy & not frozen mallet? do you really use the active?
ty in advance, and gj with the guide!
Hey, thanks for your reply!
I try to build my urgot a little bit more damage based than straight health and armor, My way of building him seems to give him (at least to my standards) the proper amount of armor and damage. I haven't thought of using Atma's Impaler the calculations with 3k health gives you about 90 AD to your build. But I just think there'd be a better item I could put in place of the Aegis to boost my damage even more.
1. Mana in Dominion is also kind of a big deal for Urgot, at least in my opinion. If the mana regenerated that fast there would have been no use for mana regeneration items. Also, the Manamune gives a good boost to damage early in because of it's low cost
2.Brutalizer can be sold later, but I wouldnt suggest it until WAY late game. CD + ArPen can't go wrong.
3. Entropy gives a LOT more damage than the frozen mallet, and I don't see myself having to use the extra health from the frozen mallet a whole lot. The active's like an extra Randuin's Omen. Helps me link corrosive charges when trying to kite an enemy.
With this build I can 1. Focus on my damage while maintaining a good balance of armor. 2. solo push when needed. 3. play every role 4. not get nuked by enemies instantly 5. burst down their "carries" within seconds 6. slow them and have my team mates take them out as well.
first three skills, why not 1 1 1? with the slow you can hit them 3 times, without 1 if they run.
