Seems like a pretty solid build. You might want to change your two points in
Offensive Mastery
to two points in
Sunder
, since armor penetration is much better late game than extra damage to minions. You should also suggest using Mercury's Treads against CC heavy teams. Also, you should probably sell Wriggle's Lantern late game for something else. Like Banshee's Veil, another Phantom Dancer, or a Last Whisper if they have a lot of armor. Other than that, you have pretty good item choices. +1
