shen should be more like a hard to kill tank with lots of health and ARMOR. Your guide doesnt have a lot of armor which is essential for shens tanky sort of build

I understand for ulti with shen. no problem for that.

So, a tank with 70 MR (average 1 item, lich bane, later in the game).
Same reflection for Armor.

This build is'nt a build for a shen tanky, imho(or really late in the game).

39%CDR it's very good. no comment for CDR, but i think it is only useful for ultimate. this is not good.
You must mixt hp/ap/defence stat equitably.

You didn't even talk about the usefulness of Shen's ultimate in dominion and how you can implement it. Make sure you cover all elements of a champion before you post.

Also, I don't think AP Shen is good. You should keep him like a tank. I'll make a guide on this soon.

i think than this build are very orginial but :

imo:

-in dominion item po/5s are worse than in normal (passive gold are more important)
-i imagine than you dont want burst with shen (well, it's ok) but you dont have RM & Armor. so you can't tank too: what's your job?
