It's pretty expensive, but the build looks solid.

But what about taking a Brutalizer, perhaps in place on the Phage? Yorick already has a slow and a sprint, and you're taking exhaust and ghost, of course there is nothing wrong with getting more slows... But grabbing both armor penetration and cooldown reduction seems like a good idea for yorick, no? Even his ghouls benefit from the armor pen. If you build it into the ghostblade, you get another sprint too.
