I also have been having the same problem, it all started back when they released wukong, hhis last champion release they just had changed something far worse. Long story short after spending hours searching the interwebs your best shot at fixing the problem is to.
1. Uninstall league, then goto start/search. Look for leagueoflegends.exe if anything found remove.
2. Goto control panel Add/remove hardware remove pando media boost.
3. After pando is gone then remove Adobe AIR.
4. Very important reboot your computer (side note remove panda hen adobe trust me it actually made a difference in the order you removed the programs trying to save ya some time)
5. Goto leagues site download the game and install, allot of ppl said the same thing not sure how important it is but when you install don't let it install in programfiles or docs and settings. Just straight into c drive.
This should fix your problem it did for memos far spent all day doing this and it's been running strong for a few hours now. Hope this helps you.
