Having tried your build. agree with sheen early and boots are personal choice. The main point is the Runes. getting Greater Glyph of Focus will net you more productive coold down as blue= 0.65% and yellow is 0.27%. Yes i understand your net AP gain from droping the blues is less than 50% but at the end of it if you're using your skills twice as fast you wont be around long enough for it to be a problem on mana.

Found that if you're running Eve to max your output you're roaming the ganks so they will not be at 100% and if they are it will make them think twice about going 1v1. Keeping them distracted by where you are as a champ will drive the TEAM up in the board. None the less a good guide lot of time put in. Nicely done.

This is with Sheen as an opener you can see I didn't bother with boost as I was having a really good match.

Some more feedback and less caps please. If you do so I will improve the guide. You might also want to play like I said in the guide since other people didn't have problems with it. Also Evelynn can be built AP and AD but I prefer AP.
